Cancellation Policy
Deposit (new clients)
A 50% deposit is required for all new clients.
Cancellations
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We understand unforeseen circumstances can arise and will do our best to accommodate any necessary changes.
Late cancellations
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will incur a charge equal to 100% of the appointment value. This applies to all clients, regardless of the service booked.
