- Our shared salon systems are run for us by our group company 株式会社assort in Japan, on Google Cloud servers in the United States and Japan. Managers at our group companies in Japan and the United Kingdom can see salon reports.
- Other companies that help us: Google (email and website statistics), Anthropic (artificial intelligence that helps us sort and answer messages), Resend (sending our emails), Slack (our team’s messages), and our accountants.
- We never sell your details.
How long we keep it
We keep your information with its record. If you ask us to delete it, we delete it. Sales records we must keep for tax lose your name.
Our news and offers
We send news and offers by email, SMS or WhatsApp only if you said yes, or if you are our guest and the message is about services like the ones you have had with us.
