The Hair Cut
At Assort, we don’t just “trim.” We use Japanese Dry-Cutting and Point-Cutting techniques. This means we cut your hair while it’s dry and in its natural state to see exactly how it falls. No surprises when you wash it at home!

The Process: A personalized consultation followed by a precision wet-to-dry cut tailored to your face shape.
We love keeping up with the current trends. Wolf Cuts, Shags, Hush or Butterfly Cuts, Pixies or Bixies you name it we’ve heard it. Our stylists are eager to do them all (and succeed).
Maybe you finally decided it’s time to change your style and get bangs or your current bangs have grown out? We offer a Bang Cut just for a trim if you don’t need to commit to a full haircut and Bangs/Fringe and Face Framing Only if you want to start your bang journey.

Bang/Fringe Trim: $20 (Add face-framing for $50)

The Color Lab
You want to spice up your hair and add some colour? That’s great! At Assort Melbourne, we offer a range of Colour Services for any occasion.

Single Process ($150+): A “one-and-done” rich color. No bleach.

A simple way to immediately elevate your hair game without using a lightener

- Highlights (Half $230+ / Full $270+): Foiled ribbons of light. Choose Half Head for a face-brightening refresh, or Full Head for a total dimensional change.

Double Process ($300+): A “Lift & Tone” 1 round of bleach and colour.

The Texture Station
Say goodbye to your curling iron or your straightener.

Japanese Straightening ($300+): This is permanent and life-changing. It makes your hair pin-straight and shiny, even when it’s raining on Flinders Street.

Cold Wave Perm ($200+): This is the classic way to get curls! It’s done without heat and is amazing for shorter styles or getting that defined, “wet look” curl.

Digital Perm ($250+): This uses heated rods to create those big, soft, bouncy waves that look like a professional blowout.
